Building tech was far more complicated than it needed to be — too many vendors, too many handoffs, and too many teams whose incentive ended at launch. So in 2015 we set out to fix that, with one engineer, a laptop, and a commitment to make it simpler.

That has grown into a team supporting companies across India, the UK, Europe and the US. We build SaaS platforms, mobile apps, AI systems and ecommerce, alongside the search and performance work that helps customers find them. Several relationships have continued through years of maintenance, new products and changes in direction.

We bring a product and CTO perspective to delivery: what the business needs to achieve, which trade-offs are sensible and what it will cost to operate the result. That means discussing priorities before features, documenting decisions and planning for support or handover from the start.
