Where we can help

An app earns its place when it makes an important task easier on a phone. We plan the mobile experience and the systems behind it together.

01

Customer and community apps

Bookings, accounts, messaging and notifications designed around the reasons people return to your service.

02

Ticketing and marketplace apps

Connect discovery, purchasing and fulfilment to shared records, with clear account roles and recovery when a transaction fails.

03

Apps for field teams

Help staff record visits, access information and complete tasks on site. Plan weak connections, offline storage and later synchronisation.

04

Companions to existing platforms

Bring the useful parts of your web product to mobile while retaining one backend and a consistent record of customer activity.

The details we plan with you

UK customer journeys

Plan local address formats, GBP display and service coverage where relevant. Use dates, time zones and notifications that match the customer's task.

Real conditions, not just a demo

Test devices, interrupted connections and permission choices. Make it clear when a record is saved locally, synchronising or needs attention.

Privacy and store readiness

Map the data the app and its SDKs collect. Prepare permission explanations, account deletion flows where required and store disclosures for your review.

Relevant delivery experience

Examples from our published project record, with the scope of the work made clear.

Bloc

Mobile app, backend, advertising tools and marketplace work for a UK social-events business, with support across multiple codebases.

All White Laser

A React Native app connecting machine owners to onboarding, training and consumables alongside the wider business platform.

A clear plan from the first conversation

You work with our founder-led engineering team in India. We agree communication, access and delivery responsibilities with your team before work begins.

  1. 01

    Define the mobile job

Identify the users and tasks that justify an app, the first release and how it will connect to existing systems.

  2. 02

    Design the app and backend

Plan navigation, access, offline behaviour and API contracts together, with prototypes for the important journeys.

  3. 03

    Test and prepare submission

Check real devices, failure cases and permissions. Prepare store assets and submission details with the account owner.

  4. 04

    Release and support

Use crash reporting and staged releases to guide improvements. Agree responsibility for operating-system updates and future features.

Common questions

01Can you build both iPhone and Android apps?

Yes. We use React Native for a shared codebase and add platform-specific work where needed. The scope includes testing on both platforms rather than assuming they behave identically.

02Can the app work with our current website or CRM?

We review your existing APIs and data model before agreeing the integration. The aim is to keep one source of truth for customers, orders and other shared records.

03Do you handle Apple and Google store submissions?

We support build preparation, store information and submission, and help address review feedback. Store approval and review times remain the platform owners' decisions.

04Who owns the app and developer accounts?

We plan code access and account ownership with you from the start. Your business should retain control of its store presence and the credentials needed to operate the product.

Let’s work out your next step

Tell us who the app is for and what it needs to make easier. We’ll help define the first release and the systems it needs behind it.
